About Us

We are a fast-growing IT Consultancy and Software Development firm. We help businesses across India and the GCC scale by building custom dashboards, portals, and automation tools. We are in a high-growth phase and looking for intelligent, data-driven individuals to power our sales engine.

The Role: This is NOT a Traditional Sales Job

We are not looking for a telecaller or a hard closer. We are looking for a Market Research Analyst who treats lead generation as a science, not a game of luck.

Your job is to map target markets across the Gulf (GCC) and India, identify key decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, Directors), and gather critical intelligence that allows our Senior Consultants to close deals. You are the Intel Officer behind our sales operations.

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day)
  • Market Mapping & Intelligence: Use tools like Apollo.io, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build verified lists of potential clients across multiple industries. You will also analyze industry trends and emerging opportunities to identify which customer segments have the highest purchase potential.
  • Data Verification: Call companies to verify key data points (e.g., Which CRM are you currently using, Who handles your IT decisions). Note: This is research calling, not sales pitching.
  • Lead Qualification & Segmentation: Categorize leads based on industry, size, and potential requirements. You will prepare high-quality, structured lead sheets for handover to the sales team, ensuring they only focus on high-probability targets.
  • Sales Support & Enablement: Provide research-based insights to support outreach. You will prepare company profiles and background summaries so our Senior Consultants are fully briefed before every meeting.
  • Appointment Setting: Your ultimate goal is to bridge the gap between data and deals. Once a prospect is qualified, you will schedule introductory meetings for our Senior Consultants.
  • Email Intelligence: Launch and manage automated, personalized email campaigns using tools like Instantly.ai.
  • CRM Hygiene & Reporting: Ensure every data point is accurately logged in the CRM and maintain weekly reports on market insights and lead generation trends.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Personality: You are organized, detail-oriented, and persistent. You prefer digging into data and finding the perfect lead rather than doing back-to-back sales demos.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in Lead Generation, Market Research, or Data Analysis.
  • Tool Stack: Proficiency in Excel is mandatory. Familiarity with Apollo.io, Lusha, or Email Automation tools is a huge plus.
  • Communication: Excellent written English for crafting professional emails. Clear spoken communication for verification calls and scheduling.
