About the Role

The Managing Partner – First Private will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with High-net-worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs) across India. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive banking and wealth management solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring a seamless experience and high customer satisfaction. The incumbent will be expected to manage a Total Relationship Value (TRV) of ₹400 to ₹550 Crores and an Assets Under Management (AUM) of ₹300 to ₹400 Crores, while positioning IDFC FIRST Bank as the preferred financial partner.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Nurture and manage end-to-end customer relationships by fulfilling all banking and wealth management needs.
  • Deliver a seamless banking experience through strong product knowledge and personalized engagement.
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction scores aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Acquire new customers through natural market outreach, open market activities, and referrals from internal sources including branches and digital networks.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
  • Demonstrate strong relationship management skills to build and maintain effective client connections.
  • Maintain a high focus on service delivery and execution excellence.

What We Are Looking For

Education

  • Graduation: Any discipline
  • Post-Graduation: MBA (preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, or private banking.

Skills and Attributes
