Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
- Act as single point of contact for IFM business function in the city or cluster of sites.
- Provide leadership to JLL account-based IFM management and service delivery teams.
- Establish annual goals for IFM aligning with client's global, regional, and local objectives.
- Lead implementation of initiatives to continuously improve customer experience.
- Develop and maintain understanding of client business and IFM function requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders in JLL and client organizations.
- Collaborate with GREF leadership to establish delivery strategies for IFM function.
- Conduct regular business reviews with client leadership for IFM function governance.
Financial & Operational Management:
- Manage overall operational and capital budgets for IFM function.
- Lead achievement of agreed business targets, including revenue, expenses, savings, and KPI performance.
- Monitor team performance and ensure delivery of service excellence.
