Managing Director - Hotels

Our client is one of the world's largest real estate and hospitality-focused funds, with a strong presence in India.

This role will lead the firm's hospitality portfolio across investments, asset management, and transactions. The incumbent will bring deep expertise in hotel transactions, capital markets, M&A, and development, along with a strong network of institutional investors, hotel operators, and financial institutions.

This is NOT a Hotel Operations role

Idea Profile

• 15+ years of experience in hospitality investments, hotel capital markets, or hospitality private equity.
• Strong background in transactions, acquisitions, BD, development investments, and capital raising in hospitality.
• Prior experience with hospitality investment firms, International hotel chains, hotel ownership groups, IPC's or hotel advisory firms.
