Job Description

Broad outline of the Role
  • Responsible for maintenance and continual improvement of workplace including- physical infrastructure, Employee & Workplace support services. This is an operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the day-to-day business operations for Pune Campus.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate / Postgraduate any discipline.
  • Pune based candidate preferred.
  • 10-12 years relevant experience in Managing Facilities for large campus with multiple structures (office & Technical setup).
  • Handling Cafeteria, Gymnasium, Day Care & shuttle services.
  • Managing Horticulture, Events such as Townhall, Employee Engagement Activities, Team Events/Gathering,
  • Inventory Management of Assets and Operation expense tracking.


Other Knowledge & Skills
  • Experience/Understanding of Occupational health & Safety requirements
  • Knowledge of Event set up and management
  • Well versed with safety management to ensure safe practices at the workplace.
  • Employee transportation management
Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure 100 % operational uptime of Office Infrastructure (Housekeeping, Cafeteria, Pantry, Day care, Courier & Helpdesk services)
  2. Office upkeep, clean and pest free pantries, washrooms, recreation areas and external landscape, through the FM agency.
  3. Procurement and maintenance of stationery and office consumables for end users
  4. Preventive maintenance of Lifts, Cafeteria equipment's, OWC & STP, ensuring zero downtime.
  5. Ensuring the 52 weeks calendar is followed for maintenance of equipment's and cleaning schedule as per frequency targets are achieved.
  6. Operational maintenance and upkeep of buildings infrastructure
  7. Lease management for timely renewals & Monthly rental payouts for office rental offices under the Rest of West regions - MP & Goa.
  8. Asset inventory management, procurement and disposal as per standard operating process
  9. Drive key Projects for enhancement and upgrade of the campus with planning and execution
  10. Implementation, continuous review, and assurance of safety protocols across workplaces
  11. Incident reporting, Investigation for root cause analysis, through third party or independent agency.
  12. Vendor management and Labor & Safety compliance.
  13. Safety audit for WSS and EAC for other vertical as per mandated numbers per month.
  14. Ensure compliances of vendor processes and other processes defined by Finance team.
  15. Water and Waste management to achieve carbon neutrality & Net zero objectives as per sustainability targets.
  16. Revisiting services, concept to introduce sustainable ideas, process that will enhance the employee experience, support sustainability objectives and ensure all compliance that are applicable.
