The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our factory employees, providing medical support, and promoting a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular health check-ups for factory employees.
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care as needed.
- Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality of employee health information.
- Collaborate with management to promote health and safety initiatives.
- Participate in health awareness programs and training for employees.
- Monitor workplace conditions to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- AFIH (Associate Fellow of Industrial Health) certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies effectively.
- Basic understanding of workplace ergonomics and health promotion strategies.
