Manager:Wholesale Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to process disbursement requests efficiently
• Execute and register financing and security creation documents accurately and on time
• Facilitate opening of escrow accounts and procurement of insurance policies
• Update covenants and collateral details in Loan Management Software (LMS)
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely compliance with sanction conditions
• Ensure statutory and regulatory filings such as ROC, CERSAI, NESL, and CKYC are completed within stipulated timelines
• Provide necessary documentation to auditors and resolve queries promptly
• Maintain operational efficiency and adherence to compliance standards across credit administration processes
