Managing corporate loan documentation and processing of loan disbursement

Coordinating with customers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely disbursement

Executing and registering financing and security creation documents accurately and on time

Facilitating opening of escrow accounts and procurement of insurance policies

Updating covenants and collateral in Loan Management Software (LMS)

Regularly following up with customers for timely compliance of sanction conditions

Ensuring statutory/regulatory filings such as ROC, CERSAI, NESL, CKYC are completed and data shared with auditors

Addressing auditor queries and ensuring timely closure of all compliance-related issues
