What is this role about
The role of a banking executive involves overseeing treasury operations, managing relationships with banks, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with forex. This position is critical in managing day to day collections & payment, ensure funds are available and control cash flows.
The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of corporate banking, banking processes, operating bank portals, controls around payment processing, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical conduct.

Banking Operations:
Handle daily banking operations, including daily payments, collections, and fund transfers. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in our accounting systems. Maintain and reconcile bank accounts to track company finances.
Bank Relationship Management:
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions. Negotiate banking terms, fees, and services to optimize financial efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in banking services. Establish advanced banking systems and processes
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations. Implement strategies to maximize cash flow efficiency and minimize idle funds. Work closely with the finance team to manage working capital effectively.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports related to banking activities e.g daily cash flow, bank reconciliations etc. Ensure collections of recievables, daily communication to stake holders on daily payments etc.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, financial laws, and internal financial policies. Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with banking activities.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to support financial initiatives and projects. Participate in financial planning and strategy discussions.
Education & Experiences
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Relevant experience in banking, finance, or a similar role. Past experience of working in a corporate organization is mandatory.
