Job Description:

1. Covenant Compliance & Reporting

  • Perform covenant compliance testing on a monthly and quarterly basis in accordance with lender agreements and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all covenant-related activities.
  • Ensure timely submission of compliance certificates and financial covenant reports to lenders.

2. Lender Communication & Query Management

  • Coordinate and respond to lender queries regarding financial performance, covenant status, and other reporting requirements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather and validate data required for lender communications.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex queries to senior management with recommended actions.

3. Due Diligence Coordination

  • Lead the response process for lender-led due diligence exercises, including documentation collation and stakeholder coordination.
  • Formulate clear, timely, and comprehensive responses to due diligence questionnaires and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a repository of standard due diligence materials and ensure periodic updates.

4. Payment Oversight

  • Monitor and ensure timely payment of principal, interest, and other dues to lenders.
  • Coordinate with Treasury and Finance teams to track payment schedules and resolve discrepancies.

5. Stable coins Project Support

  • Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives under the stable coins Program.
  • Support documentation and reporting for stable coin-related activities, including funding flows and partner capabilities.
  • Participate in internal discussions and external engagements related to stable coin commercialization.

Essential qualifications:

  • MBA in Finance
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial compliance, stakeholder reporting, or related functions
  • Strong understanding of financial covenants, due diligence processes, and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with stable coin technologies and digital payment ecosystems is a plus
