Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, due diligence, and manage debt financing and treasury activities.
  • Prepare and review CMA data, financial projections, and cash flow models for banks and financial institutions.
  • Coordinate and respond to lender queries with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in negotiating and finalizing debt facilities, including documentation and closure.
  • Ensure compliance with debt covenants and other reporting requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, rating agencies, and financial stakeholders.
  • Provide analytical insights to support strategic financing decisions.
  • Monitor and optimize working capital, fund utilization, and cost of borrowing.

What We're Looking For

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 24 years of experience in Treasury, Debt Management, or Corporate Finance.
  • Strong skills in financial analysis, modeling, and projections.
  • Hands-on experience with CMA preparation, due diligence, and financial documentation.
  • Deep understanding of banking processes, debt instruments, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
