Role: Manager – Treasury Operations

Relevant Experience: 6 - 8 Years

Location: Bangalore

What You Will Own

In this role, you will own end-to-end treasury and cash management operations, ensuring optimal liquidity and efficient utilization of funds. This includes leading cash flow forecasting and working capital planning to support business continuity and strategic decision-making. You will manage foreign exchange exposure through effective hedging strategies, while building and maintaining strong banking relationships, including negotiations and facility management. Additionally, you will oversee treasury operations, controls, and compliance, and drive process improvements to enhance financial stability and overall operational efficiency.

Experience You Should Bring

• Proven experience in managing a treasury operations and banking.
• Strong understanding of treasury accounting, including FX, liquidity management and cashflow forecasting.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets and treasury instruments.
• Familiarity with banking operations, relationships and covenants.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Tally.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage daily cash positioning, cash flow forecasts, and liquidity monitoring.
• Support short-term investments and intercompany funding requirements
• Lead bank relationship management and fee structures.
• Ensure treasury operations comply with internal controls, treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor foreign exchange exposures and support implementation of hedging strategies where applicable.
• Provide treasury inputs for budgeting, capital planning, and financial forecasts.
• Implement treasury systems and automation initiatives to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders during cash planning and funding decisions.
• Monitoring compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements
• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
