Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced technology leader to manage enterprise IT Infrastructure and Applications while driving Digital Transformation initiatives across the organization. The role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership, and business acumen to modernize IT landscapes, automate business processes, and enable technology-led growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise IT Infrastructure operations, ensuring availability, scalability, performance, security, and resilience across cloud, network, server, storage, endpoint, and workplace technologies.
- Manage the lifecycle of enterprise applications, ensuring stability, performance, integrations, user adoption, and vendor governance.
- Drive enterprise-wide Digital Transformation initiatives, including process automation, digitization, analytics, and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Develop and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and operational efficiency goals.
- Leverage Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms to improve productivity, collaboration, automation, and digital workplace capabilities.
- Ensure effective cloud governance, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, and IT operational best practices.
- Partner with business leaders to translate business requirements into technology solutions and drive organizational change.
- Manage technology vendors, budgets, project delivery, and service-level commitments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing Infrastructure, Applications, and Digital Transformation teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10–14 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Applications Management.
- Proven experience leading Digital Transformation and technology modernization programs.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, and workflow automation.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- Strong understanding of IT operations, governance, information security, risk management, and asset management.
- Demonstrated ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and drive change.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Exposure to automation, low-code/no-code platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and digital workplace technologies.
- Certifications in Microsoft Technologies, Cloud Platforms, IT Service Management, Project Management, or Information Security are desirable.
