Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Manager to lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) who will drive the launch and distribution of new premium credit card to existing High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients. The role requires strong leadership, client engagement expertise, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experience while achieving product penetration targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and mentor RMs managing HNI client portfolios.

· Drive premium credit card acquisition, activation, and usage among HNI clients.

· Ensure delivery of personalized solutions highlighting card benefits (rewards, lifestyle privileges, concierge).

· Monitor team KPIs: acquisition targets, CSAT, NPS, and portfolio growth.

· Handle escalations and ensure seamless onboarding of clients.

· Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and internal policies.
