As a Manager - Techno Commercial at IBI Group, you will oversee the commercial and operational aspects of security projects and solutions. Responsibilities include business planning, contract management, and managing teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be expected to conduct analytical reviews, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess project performance, evaluate risks, and optimize processes.
• Experience in Commercial Management and Business Planning to drive profitability and strategic growth.
• Proven expertise in Team Management and the ability to lead and motivate team members effectively.
• Proficiency in Contract Management, including drafting, negotiating, and compliance monitoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA would be a strong asset.
