Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Mumbai for a Sales Techno Commercial Manager. The role involves managing and growing sales channels and networks, formulating business strategies, negotiating and managing contracts, and analyzing market trends. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing team performance, ensuring commercial objectives are met, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, sales data, and business performance
- Proven expertise in Commercial Management and Contract Management
- Experience in Business Planning to develop and implement strategic objectives
- Strong Team Management skills to guide, mentor, and oversee performance
- Knowledge of the chemicals industry and relevant technical aspects is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commerce, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
