Purpose of Job
As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will lead and scale our India-based recruitment function. You'll be responsible for driving full cycle hiring across technical and non-technical roles, partnering closely with stakeholders including Partners, Directors, and Managers. You will play a key role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy, optimizing processes, and enhancing the candidate experience.

We'll trust you to:
Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a scalable Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Build and grow the TA team to support increasing hiring demands

Operational Excellence


  • Manage and mentor a team of 2 recruiters, with plans to expand
  • Own and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes for efficiency and quality
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in tools, workflows, and candidate experience

Stakeholder Management


  • Collaborate with Partners, Directors, and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and deliver top talent
  • Provide regular hiring updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding


  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch to onboarding
  • Partner with Marketing and GTM teams to enhance employer branding and talent outreach

Data & Reporting


  • Define and track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, etc.)
  • Leverage data to inform decisions and report on hiring performance

Talent Pipelining & Market Intelligence


  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
  • Stay updated on talent market trends and competitor hiring strategies

You'll need to have:


  • 812 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in high-volume hiring (100+ hires/year), ideally in consulting or tech-enabled services
  • Experience hiring for both technical (engineering, data, analytics) and non-technical (consulting, operations) roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics
  • Passion for process improvement, team development, and candidate experience
