Purpose of the role:

The Lead Store Talent Acquisition is responsible for driving the hiring strategy and execution for store operations across the Circles. The role partners closely with Operations leadership to ensure timely availability of quality front-line manpower, thereby enabling seamless store operations and supporting business expansion.

This is a high-visibility managerial role that requires strong stakeholder management, assertiveness, and the ability to influence outcomes across functions. The role also involves leading and mentoring a team responsible for high-volume front-line hiring and ensuring adherence to recruitment processes, timelines, and quality standards.

Candidates with prior experience in large-scale blue-collar hiring, particularly within retail, QSR, logistics, or other multi-unit operational environments, will be preferred.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end hiring strategy and execution for store workforce requirements across the assigned Circles
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment TATs and SLAs, while maintaining a strong focus on hiring quality and operational readiness of stores
  • Manage and monitor the performance and productivity of the hiring team, ensuring targets and service standards are consistently me
  • Drive efficient administration of employee lifecycle processes related to store workforce hiring
  • Conduct periodic talent assessments at the store level to identify capability gaps and support the development of a strong talent pipeline for future expansion.
  • Ensure strict adherence to recruitment processes and governance standards, and drive corrective actions where gaps are identified.
  • Partner with Operations and HR leadership to align hiring priorities with manpower planning, store expansion, and workforce optimization initiatives.
  • Leverage data and analytics to track hiring metrics, identify trends, and improve recruitment effectiveness.

Education & Experience:

  • MBA preferred (HR or related discipline)
  • 8+ years of experience in high-volume frontline or blue-collar hiring roles involving management of large recruitment teams.
  • Experience in retail, QSR, logistics, or other multi-unit operational businesses will be strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical orientation, including proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and the ability to interpret recruitment and workforce data trends
