Role Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on logistics operator who can manage execution - not just coordination.
If you understand domestic distribution + international shipments (India to US) and can ensure cost-efficient, timely fulfillment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily logistics operations including order dispatch, shipment tracking, and delivery performance
- Manage end-to-end domestic and international shipments (India to US) with a focus on timelines and cost control
- Coordinate with warehouse, fulfillment partners, and logistics vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Track inventory movement, stock levels, and reconciliation to maintain accuracy
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize turnaround time and reduce costs
- Handle delivery-related escalations proactively, ensuring quick and effective resolution
- Work closely with internal teams (customer support, operations, finance) for seamless execution
- Monitor and optimize logistics KPIs (delivery timelines, cost efficiency, success rates)
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
- Understanding of domestic logistics + basic export processes
- Experience working with vendors and fulfillment partners
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting & analysis
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
