Responsibilities

• Population monitoring & synchronization (ensure all accounts in Aladdin are tagged to the correct phase and the data is complete & in-sync with live systems)
• Data collection and validation (coordinate with Operations & vendors to source and populate new data fields in ADAM)
• Support new data requests (e.g., requests from data governance to add new fields)
• Complete the CAS data dictionary (define minimum required data by account type, data owners & sources)
• Support the Account master migration project by mapping account master data to Aladdin data, performing data validation, investigating breaks with stakeholders, and ensuring clear data ownership.
• Support the creation/updating of procedures to reflect new BAU requirements by project phase.
• Support the training of CAS team members on the new requirements.
• Identify and escalate data issues and work with colleagues and CAS to resolve.
• Input to status report and overall project plans.

Preferred:

• Aladdin Toolkit & ADAM (portfolio creation and management)
• Understanding of account hierarchy and structures (preferably within an asset management environment)
• Data analysis, data governance or system migration experience
• High-level of Excel proficiency
• Strong attention to detail with analytical mind-set
• Able to communicate to stakeholders at different level and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience as required.
