Role Description

The Manager - Strategic Alliances & Partnerships will play a critical role in building, nurturing, and managing key partnerships to drive business growth and expansion. This individual will identify new alliance opportunities, develop strategic plans, and foster long-term relationships with partners to help achieve business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada, involving regular collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Strategic Alliances and Strategic Partnerships to assess, initiate, and cultivate meaningful business collaborations.
• Strong Business Relationship Management and Business Alliances skills to establish and maintain positive engagements with partners and stakeholders.
• Experience with Business Planning to strategise and develop actionable goals for the success of alliances and partnerships.
• Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and drive initiatives aligned with the company's vision and growth objectives.
• Relevant experience in a similar role and industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields preferred.
• Individual contributor who can be a reliable commuter across the region
• Should own car & license
