Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager- Strategic Alliances, located in Vijayawada. The individual will be responsible for identifying and establishing strategic partnerships and business alliances to advance the organization's objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing business relationships, creating business plans, negotiating and closing collaborations, and driving growth through partnerships. The role requires a proactive approach, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and managing key stakeholder engagement effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Strategic Alliances and Strategic Partnerships, with the ability to identify and cultivate beneficial opportunities
• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and building lasting collaborations
• Experience in Business Planning and formulating strategies to achieve organizational goals
• Ability to lead and execute Business Alliances to support revenue growth and expand market presence
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an added advantage
• Should own car & valid license
• Should be an individual contributor for the region
