• Architect and execute full-funnel digital strategies across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, and Programmatic

• Own performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) with focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion optimization

• Lead marketing analytics using tools like Google Analytics , Tag Manager, and CRM/automation platforms

• Design and implement attribution models, A/B testing frameworks, and CRO initiatives

• Manage marketing tech stack (MarTech) including automation, tracking, and data integration

• Drive data-led decision making through dashboards, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing digital and performance marketing team

10+ years in digital marketing with strong D2C/eCommerce experience

Proven track record of scaling online revenue and optimizing unit economics

Expertise in performance marketing platforms and audience segmentation

Hands-on experience with Shopify, marketing automation, and CRM tools

Strong understanding of attribution, cohort analysis, and funnel metrics

Data-driven mindset with deep focus on experimentation and growth
