Junior Client Solutions Manager- Creative Advertising- Ghatkopar West- Full Time Role

Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Client Solutions Manager/ Senior Manager, for our Advertising Agency located out of Mumbai, who would love to grow with us while learning together about the next big bets in the fields of Advertising. The candidate would be managing Creative Advertising clients for Brand Experience, eCommerce, Social Media, Content and Film production. They will also be responsible for maintaining process efficiencies for internal team operations, coordinating with other departments as needed, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and devising key strategic interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
• Proven track record of successfully managing creative campaigns.
• Good understanding of Creative Brief development and Creative Detailing
• Excellent Client communication, Creative project management, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Strong understanding of eCommerce, BFSI, and Tech Brands
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Customer Lifecycle Management and AI
• 4+ years of experience in Client solutions in an advertising agency is a must
• As this role requires a close connect with our clients, only people based out of Mumbai would be considered.

Key Activities to undertake:

·  Assist in managing client interactions and expectations. 

·  Support in preparing emails, reports, and meeting follow-ups. 

·  Support in preparing presentations, content publishing and competitor analysis

·  Plan and Coordinate for project timelines and creative deliverables. 

·  Track campaign performance and compile reports. 

·   Assist in troubleshooting client concerns and optimising solutions.

·   Assist in driving pitch briefings and content creation
