We are hiring for Manager – Sponsorships role for a client, based in Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi.
This role is focused on driving revenue generation for events through sponsorships, partnerships, and exhibitions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in event sponsorship sales and industry networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sponsorship sales in an individual capacity for events and conferences
- Generate revenue through exhibitions, partnerships, and sponsorships
- Identify and onboard sponsors and exhibitors across relevant industries
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful event execution
- Build and maintain strong industry relationships and networks
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sponsorship and exhibition sales
- Strong track record in revenue generation
- Experience in managing large and small format events
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to P&L management is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced/startup environment
