Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Manager role based in Dehradun. The Manager will oversee daily business operations, including planning, strategizing, and implementing business goals. They will be responsible for team management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and driving growth activities. The Manager will also provide leadership to foster a performance-driven culture within the team and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Strategic planning, operational efficiency, and business development expertise
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial practices in the housing or finance sector
- Proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project coordination
- Experience in working with underserved communities or in financial inclusion is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
