Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Sales (Supply Chain Finance)

Location: Bangalore / Remote

Experience: 10–15 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to lead the growth of our

Supply Chain Finance and Trade Finance solutions. This role will be responsible for

acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and driving adoption of

IBSFINtech's SCM platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales of Supply Chain Finance solutions including Channel Finance,

Vendor Financing, Purchase Invoice Discounting, and Sales Invoice Discounting

  • Identify and acquire new clients across Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, and E-commerce

sectors

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
  • Engage with CXOs (CFOs, Treasurers, Procurement Heads)
  • Collaborate with banks, NBFCs, and fintech partners
  • Develop customized financing proposals aligned with client needs
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Work with product, credit, and operations teams for seamless execution
  • Track market trends and refine go-to-market strategies
  • Build long-term client relationships

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10–15 years of B2B sales experience in financial services
  • Proven experience in trade finance / supply chain finance sales
  • Strong understanding of invoice discounting, vendor financing, and channel finance
  • Experience handling enterprise clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

Preferred Skills

  • Network with corporates, banks, NBFCs, fintechs
  • Understanding of credit and risk
  • CRM and pipeline management experience
  • Consultative selling approach
