Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 37 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
