At Dhirubhai Ambani University School of Law, we are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to lead our Admissions function across LL.M., Executive Development Programmes (EDPs), and specialised academic offerings.
This role sits at the core of applicant engagement, programme positioning, and conversion strategyworking closely with faculty, leadership, and prospective candidates to shape the next generation of legal professionals.
Role Overview
As Manager Admissions, you will manage the complete admissions lifecyclefrom enquiry to enrolmentwhile ensuring a seamless, process-driven, and applicant-centric experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end admissions processes across academic and executive programmes
- Counsel prospective applicants on programmes, eligibility, and career outcomes
- Drive lead management, follow-ups, and conversion
- Coordinate application reviews with faculty and programme leadership
- Maintain CRM systems, admissions trackers, and dashboards
- Organise admissions events, interviews, webinars, and orientations
- Prepare admissions reports and support scholarship and onboarding processes
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate (minimum qualification); law graduates preferred
- Experience in admissions, student recruitment, or EDP / programme sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and lead pipelines
- Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and workflow efficiency is a plus
