JD for the CFS Retrofit Sales Position
Should have the thoroughknowledge of CFS system(Building Management System(Controls), Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control IBMS system).Should have the ability tounderstand, benchmark and communicatethe aspects of CFS systemDeep understanding ofIntegration capability of Building Management systemand benchmark to establish with right solution .Should be able to developcommercial proposalbased on theSite Survey, detailed BOQ/BOMShould know the key consultants inretrofit business in the region (South India)Should be able to bring the sales from key domains such as, Hospitality, IT/ITES, Commercial Real estate, Industrial, Manufacturing and Healthcare segment.Capability todevelop new customersandgrow on existing customers, focus on thinkingprocess and sales methodologyKnowledge on competitors products, weakness and strength is desirableCompetency on Saas Offering Digital Solution Selling will be added advantage.
