Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential business opportunities by researching and evaluating prospective clients in the automobile and component manufacturing sector.
- Generate qualified sales leads and initiate contact with key decision-makers.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to new clients, clearly outlining the benefits and scope of Spectro's testing services.
- Sell services by understanding client needs, developing customized solutions, and establishing strong client relationships.
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with both potential and existing clients by offering expert support and guidance.
- Understand client budgets and tailor solutions to meet technical and financial requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals with clients; secure first orders and drive repeat business.
- Ensure high levels of after-sales support, including coordination with technical teams for seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Reconnect and revive business relationships with former clients and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA with 8–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automobile industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales team of a Testing Laboratory is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in technical or service-based B2B environments.
