We are looking for a driven and strategic Manager – Sales to expand our footprint in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will lead business growth for Eaton's 3-Phase UPS and power quality solutions, build strong customer relationships, and develop a robust channel partner ecosystem. 1. Market Expansion
Develop new accounts and customer segments to promote Eaton's Power Quality solutions.
Identify and engage potential clients across industries with high demand for 3-phase UPS solutions.
Drive focused outreach efforts to increase funnel size and market visibility.
- Revenue & Profitability Achievement
Meet and exceed revenue and gross margin goals for the assigned territory.
Implement strategic sales plans to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
- Market Share Maximization
Strengthen Eaton's market presence and achieve maximum market share in Delhi-NCR region.
Continuously monitor competitor activities and create counter-strategies to stay ahead.
Manage and nurture relationships with mid-size and large accounts.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Maintain a high level of customer engagement, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Receivables & Compliance Management
Ensure timely payments for all orders.
Collaborate with finance and operations to maintain smooth order execution.
Develop, onboard, and strengthen channel partners in the Delhi-NCR region for 3-phase UPS solutions.
Support channel partners with training, product knowledge, and joint customer engagement activities.
Drive channel-led opportunities and improve partner performance.
Qualifications
B.E. in Electrical & Electronics (preferred)
MBA in Marketing / Sales will be an added advantage
6-10 years of experience in power backup / UPS / electrical solutions sales
Skills
Strong understanding of UPS products, power quality solutions, and related technologies
Strong Negotiation Skills – Ability to influence customers to drive sales outcomes.
Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management – Builds trust and long‑term partnerships with customers, partners and internal teams
Effective Communication – Clear, confident communication for product discussions, training sessions, and partner engagement.
