This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Product Manager at Rexera, located in Bengaluru. The Lead Product Manager will oversee the development and growth of the product suite, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the product roadmap to ensure successful product delivery. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, defining product requirements, managing the product life cycle, and ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

• Experience with Product Management, Strategic Planning, and Roadmap Development
• Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and User Feedback Gathering
• Proficiency in Agile Methodologies, Project Management, and Cross-functional Team Leadership
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
