Manager - Revenue Accounting (IC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Perform contract and document reviews in line with ASC 606 accounting standards.
• Prepare technical revenue accounting memos in compliance with US GAAP.
• Monitor US GAAP and SEC developments to ensure company policies remain compliant.
• Establish and maintain formal accounting policies, practices, procedures, and process improvements for strong internal controls.
• Handle Time & Material, Fixed Price, and Percentage of Completion (POCM) calculations.
• Manage ad hoc automation projects and support new business initiatives.
• Provide technical revenue training to the revenue team and other departments.
• Liaise with stakeholders across multiple offices and teams.
• Understand Revenue and Order-to-Cash business processes to identify and implement improvements.
• Prepare month-end and quarter-end presentations for management.
• Assist the AR team with contract review and queries.
