  • Policy and compliance: Ensure all credit activities adhere to regulatory standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.
  • Staff training and guidance: Provide training to branch staff on credit procedures, risk management, and best practices.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present credit reports, analysis, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Customer relations: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues related to credit decisions, and conduct customer visits to assess business and income.
  • Process improvement: Collaborate with other departments and provide feedback on credit policies to help streamline processes and manage credit costs.
