Key Responsibilities:
. Own day-to-day business performance across major quick commerce platforms
. Drive topline growth through data-led strategies and commercial planning
. Manage platform relationships and act as the key point of contact
. Lead assortment planning across cities and dark stores
. Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, appointments & fill rates
. Work closely with Supply Chain for inventory availability and healthy stock levels
. Create visibility, activation, and growth initiatives to improve brand presence
. Monitor city-wise dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting
. Coordinate with Finance for claims, reconciliations, and receivables
