Role Summary:

Lead QA/QC across projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, processes, and regulatory requirements throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Quality function and drive implementation of QA/QC plans across sites
• Oversee quality across end-to-end construction lifecycle
• Prepare and implement quality manuals, budgets, and training plans
• Ensure adherence to quality standards by employees, contractors, and vendors
• Conduct audits, inspections, and standardize quality processes
• Review contractor QC reports, test results, and inspections
• Drive reduction in rework and material rejection
• Recommend corrective actions and process improvements
• Evaluate contractors, vendors, and suppliers from a quality standpoint
• Train and guide engineers/supervisors on quality practices
• Extensive travel across project sites

Requirements:

• B.E. Civil; certification in Quality Management preferred
• 10–15 years of experience in construction quality management
• Strong ethics and compliance orientation
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• High attention to detail; ability to work in high-pressure environments
