• Manages and holds accountability for team of project / program management professionals to develop current and future team capabilities

• Manages continuous improvement in project deliveries and individual / team performance measures and analyses deliveries and performance across non-complex projects

• Manages team in contributing to annual planning of project / program management activities and the subsequent execution

• Recommends the selection of third-party subcontractors and suppliers where required to meet immediate needs within projects

• Maintains excellent relationships within business unit or function(s) and with senior stakeholders on the projects / programs

• Ensures project / program risk planning, monitoring, mitigation and reporting to stakeholders.

• Continuously develops and shares with team knowledge on emerging trends and changes in Project & Program Management

• Implements ways to improve working processes within the area of Project & Program Management

• In-depth understanding of concepts and principles in own discipline and a good knowledge of these elements in related disciplines

• Provides management and guidance to professional employees and/or supervisors or supervises large, complex business or technical support teams
