Role Description The Manufacturing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in line with quality and environmental standards. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, coordinating resources, monitoring shop-floor activities, and resolving operational issues. The Manufacturing Manager will implement and improve quality control processes, optimize workflows, support preventive maintenance, and collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams. The role also involves supervising and mentoring team members, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing practices.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to manage schedules, resources, and output efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management for overseeing end-to-end plant activities and process optimization.
  • Experience in Quality Control to ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in managing manufacturing teams in engineering or industrial equipment environments.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and safety management practices.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, production reports, and performance metrics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
