A Manager in the Program Marketing- Full time programs department will have below job responsibilities:
- Create awareness and brand recall of full-time programmes, however from time to time other responsibilities may be given.
- Develop marketing plan and execute effectively achieving program objective
- Co-ordinate with Program Leadership Team and other internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for generating leads and applications through various sources
- Managing end-to-end digital campaigns in co-ordination with agency
- Developing marketing collaterals such as brochures, creatives, videos, print advt and many more
- Managing and developing content for social media handles of programme
- Implement outreach plan pan India promoting programme in institutes, coaching centres and corporates
- Effective utilization of marketing budget
- Benchmarking and Competitor Analysis - monitoring activities, recent trends, market research
Qualification: Post graduate, preferably an MBA with Marketing specialization/ Digital marketing
Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in marketing (Experience in education sector domain preferred)
Skills/Capabilities required:
- Knowledge of editorial practices including writing, copyediting and proofreading
- Strong oral & written communication and presentation skills; good command over spoken and written English
- Ability to articulate information to the target audience with excellent presentation skills
- Ability to build detailed project plans and get buy in from multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with the event planning process and event marketing
- Ability to work independently to meet expected deadlines and schedules
- Proven ability to develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing programme that achieves results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be an added advantage.
