Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the design and execution of standardized pricing packages in collaboration with Supply, Legal, Media Rights, AdTech, and Product teams
  • Develop forward-looking pricing strategies, tactical schemes, and offer constructs to unlock competitive advantage and accelerate revenue growth
  • Drive structured engagement with key media agencies through incentive plans, pricing governance, revenue maximization initiatives, and trade promotions
  • Lead pricing strategy for new and emerging ad formats while monitoring impact on Sell Through Rate (STR) and long-term monetization performance
  • Manage end-to-end revenue planning including rate card governance, discount frameworks, and agency-specific pricing structures
  • Use analytics and performance insights to inform pricing decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and optimize deal constructs
  • Act as a central coordination point across Product, Ad Operations, Brand Solutions, Content, and Sales teams to ensure pricing aligns with product innovation and GTM strategy
