You will directly influence product adoption, activation, and revenue by shaping how GoKwik products are launched, positioned, and understood across sales-led and PLG motions.

What You'll Own

  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for D2C merchants
  • Own end-to-end GTM strategy for new product launches, feature rollouts, and campaigns
  • Partner with Product Managers to understand the roadmap, define personas, and shape product narratives
  • Co-create in-product onboarding flows, feature listings, CLM journeys (Pardot), and in-app messaging to drive adoption
  • Build high-impact collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies, and explainer videos
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to refine messaging and inform product decisions
  • Collaborate with Brand and Demand Gen teams on campaigns, webinars, PLG initiatives, and email journeys
  • Enable Sales, BD, and Merchant Success teams through training, playbooks, and regular updates
  • Track adoption metrics, funnel performance, and merchant feedback to iterate and improve GTM effectiveness

Who You Are

  • 2 -5 years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS or eCommerce tech
  • Strong understanding of the D2C / eCommerce ecosystem and buyer personas
  • Clear, structured communicator with strong storytelling and copywriting skills
  • Hands-on experience creating GTM assets that support adoption and revenue
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Sales, Brand, and Customer Success
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Regular user of AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality
