Role Overview
You will act as the bridge between Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to convert high-potential opportunities into successful business engagements. You will lead solution design for prospects, own product pricing discussions, run POCs end-to-end, and ensure technical and functional alignment with customer teams. Your goal is to enable Sales to close deals faster and anchor meaningful, long-term relationships with our NBFC and Bank partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey Skills & Requirements
- Pre-Sales & Solutioning
- Understand prospect requirements, pain points, and existing processes to craft relevant solution proposals.
- Conduct detailed product demos, workshops, and deep-dive sessions for CXOs, product, risk, and tech stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into structured solution architectures using our FinTech product offerings.
- Product Pricing & Commercial Structuring
- Own end-to-end pricing discussions for enterprise deals.
- Prepare commercial proposals aligned with the customer's scale, use-case, and integration needs.
- Work closely with Sales leadership to benchmark pricing, optimize commercials, and create win-win structures.
- POC Ownership & Closure
- Design and run Proof of Concept (POC) engagements with customers from scoping to go-live.
- Align cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science, Implementation) to deliver POC success.
- Track KPIs, usage metrics, and impact to demonstrate clear value to the customer during the POC.
- Drive the narrative and documentation needed to transition a successful POC into a commercial deal.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales to shape the deal strategy and customer engagement roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to provide customer insights and influence product enhancements.
- Support Implementation teams with requirement clarifications, integration discussions, and onboarding steps.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong trusted relationships with product, tech, risk, and business teams of NBFC/Banks.
- Act as the customer's technical/business advisor during early stages of the relationship.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during pre-sales and POC phases to drive smoother conversion.
- 8+ years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Product Consulting, or similar roles in FinTech/SaaS.
- Strong understanding of the digital lending ecosystem, APIs, customer journeys, integrations, and risk/underwriting workflows.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills ability to simplify complex tech for non-technical audiences.
- Competence in requirement gathering, solution design, scoping, and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in working with product metrics, POC data, and pricing structures
