Scope: Handling Pan-India Projects

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in township or large-scale real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities across multiple projects on a Pan-India level, ensuring timely availability of materials and services while optimizing cost and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
. Manage end-to-end procurement for township and residential projects across India
. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets
. Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers for various project requirements
. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with vendors
. Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services
. Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
. Coordinate with project, design, and execution teams for material planning and requirements
. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations
. Track market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks to optimize procurement decisions
. Prepare procurement reports, MIS, and cost analysis for management review

Job Expectations:

Key Requirements:
. Proven experience in procurement for township or large-scale real estate projects
. Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor networks, and supply chain management
. Experience in handling procurement for multiple projects (Pan-India exposure preferred)
. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
. Strong analytical and cost-control abilities
. Good communication and coordination skills
. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

Preferred Skills:
. Experience working with luxury or large township developments
. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
