Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager Performance Marketing (User Acquisition) who
will lead Practo's paid growth strategy across multiple business lines and geographies.
This role will define, execute, and scale our global acquisition efforts while mentoring a
passionate team to deliver breakthrough performance.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and scale Practo's performance marketing function, driving user acquisition
and revenue growth across digital channels.
- Define the vision, roadmap, and KPIs for acquisition marketing and ensure
alignment with business goals.
- Build, coach, and manage a high-performing marketing team with an emphasis
on innovation, collaboration, and ownership.
- Develop annual and quarterly acquisition plans with clear budget allocation,
forecasting, and performance tracking.
Performance Marketing & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end management of paid channels Google Search (India &
International), Meta, Display, Programmatic, and emerging platforms.
- Own the digital marketing budget to ensure efficiency, scalability, and strong ROI.
- Drive experimentation and performance excellence through rigorous A/B testing,
bid optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Implement performance measurement frameworks with standardized reporting
and actionable insights for leadership reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, design, content, analytics, and growth teams to craft
integrated campaigns that convert.
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to improve funnels, landing pages, and
conversion rates.
- Work with analytics and data science teams to refine attribution models, track
performance accurately, and optimize CAC/LTV ratios.
Optimization & Innovation
- Establish and scale experimentation frameworks to test creatives, messaging,
and campaign structures.
- Identify new growth channels, tools, martech integrations, and partnership
opportunities to expand Practo's reach.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, privacy changes, and new ad innovations to
maintain Practo's competitive advantage.
