We're looking for a data-driven, creative, and growth-focused Performance Marketing Manager to scale our digital presence and accelerate customer acquisition across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Manage full-funnel campaigns focused on acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Drive continuous ROAS/CAC improvements through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Monitor daily performance metrics, generate insights, and create data-driven strategies.
- Collaborate with content, design, product, and growth teams to align campaign messaging and landing pages.
- Manage budgets efficiently and forecast spend based on performance trends.
- Lead conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and pixel/tag implementation.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, platform updates, and new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or fast-growth startups.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is a must; additional channels are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in dashboards, analytics tools, and Excel/Sheets.
- Proven track record of hitting ROAS/CAC targets at scale.
- Understanding of user funnels, attribution, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
