The Role:
We're looking for a hands-on performance marketer who can execute, optimize, and improve campaigns daily. This role is less about big-picture strategy and more about getting into the weeds, managing campaigns, testing aggressively, and driving measurable improvements in lead quality and cost.
What You'll Do
- Execute and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Demand Gen, PMax, Display), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor daily performance and make quick optimizations to improve CPL, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Run continuous A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Work closely with design and content teams to iterate on ad creatives that actually perform.
- Track campaign performance and maintain clear, consistent reporting on key metrics.
- Identify underperforming areas and fix themwhether it's targeting, creatives, or funnel drop-offs.
- Support landing page and funnel optimization to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Stay on top of platform changes and apply best practices quickly.
What We're Looking For
- 35 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Google and Meta (LinkedIn is a plus).
- Strong execution skills, you've managed campaigns yourself, not just reported on them.
- Good understanding of performance metrics like CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Comfortable working with data, Excel and Google Analytics are a must.
- Experience running A/B tests and acting on results.
- Detail-oriented and responsive, you catch issues early and fix them fast.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and improve continuously.
