Senior Manager Performance Marketing
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Role Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital/Performance Marketing professional to lead our online acquisition and demand generation efforts. The role focuses on driving high-quality leads through SEM/PPC campaigns and working closely with inside-sales, CRM, and operations teams to ensure effective lead conversion and ROI optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and scale performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, UAC/App Campaigns) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Develop full-funnel strategies covering lead generation, app installs, retargeting, and nurturing while ensuring efficient budget allocation.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through creative testing, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and event-based optimization.
- Drive improvements in CAC, ROAS, CVR, and overall funnel efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to enhance landing pages, ad creatives, and in-app conversion journeys.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and present weekly/monthly performance reports to leadership.
- Stay updated on platform best practices, privacy policies, attribution changes, and new feature rollouts across Google and Meta.
- Manage external agencies or partners (if applicable) to ensure high-quality execution and performance accountability.
Requirements:
- 36 years of proven hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads performance marketing.
- Experience managing monthly budgets of 50L+ across platforms.
- Strong expertise in app and web campaigns, including conversion tracking, event optimization, value-based bidding, and remarketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with mobile attribution and analytics tools (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
- Strong understanding of attribution models, privacy updates (SKAN, GA4, Meta CAPI), and performance measurement.
- Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, tech, analytics, and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and reporting skills with leadership exposure.
