Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Growth Manager specializing in Performance Marketing. The Growth Manager will strategize, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition and business growth. Responsibilities include analyzing performance marketing campaigns, collaborating with the sales team to maximize revenue, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and leveraging data-driven strategies to meet KPIs and business goals.
Compensation
Upto40 LPA+ ESOPs at a Series A meaningful upside for someone joining early and owning the growth engine.
What we are looking for(Mandatory)
1. Atleast 2 years of experience managing budgets of upwards of 5 Lakh/day
2. Should have done acquisitionwith Meta and Google
