What You'll Do:

• Drive end-to-end paid digital marketing strategies across Google Search, Bing, YouTube Ads, Discovery Ads & Demand Gen campaigns
• Track, measure & optimize campaign performance against ROI and KPIs
• Identify trends from data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
• Plan and execute A/B tests and conversion experiments to boost campaign efficiency
• Collaborate with content & design teams to build high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
• Optimize user funnels and conversion points across all digital touchpoints
• Build and nurture Google Partner relationships to support business growth
• Evaluate and recommend emerging marketing technologies

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of hands-on performance/digital marketing experience
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads & social media campaign management
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Keyword Planner & Performance Planner
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
• Familiarity with Google Ads Editor, Bing Editor, Tableau & Salesforce (preferred)
• Data-driven mindset with sharp analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
